If you are using Sitizenn on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to agree on their behalf.

Registration and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or use Sitizenn.
• You agree to keep your account details and password secure.
• Your account is personal and may not be transferred to another party.
• Sitizenn reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts at its discretion.

Sales and Purchases

• Sitizenn provides a platform for sellers and buyers to transact. Unless Sitizenn is listed as the seller, Sitizenn is not a direct party to the sales contract.
• Sellers must ensure that all products are accurately described, safe, and compliant with Kenyan laws.
• Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable charges (such as delivery fees).

Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to Sitizenn's returns and refunds policy, which complies with Kenyan consumer protection laws.
• Refunds may be processed via store credit, vouchers, mobile money transfer, or bank transfer.
• Digital products and perishable goods may not be eligible for returns unless delivery fails.

Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with Sitizenn's Payment Guidelines. Sitizenn may offer various payment options, including mobile money, bank transfer, or card payments.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in the form of vouchers or account balance. Sitizenn reserves the right to cancel or adjust store credits if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Promotions

Promotions and discounts may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time of the offer.

User Content

• Users may post reviews, comments, and other content on Sitizenn.
• Content must be truthful, respectful, and comply with Kenyan law.
• Sitizenn reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates these rules.

Intellectual Property

• Sitizenn owns or licenses all rights to the website, app, and content provided.
• No material from Sitizenn may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Trademarks, logos, and brand names on Sitizenn belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

• Sitizenn provides the marketplace "as is" without warranties.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by sellers, technical issues, or events beyond our control (e.g., network failures, natural disasters).
• Our liability in connection with any transaction will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sitizenn against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the marketplace or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Termination of Account

Sitizenn may suspend or close accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions. Users may also request to close their account by contacting Sitizenn.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
